2. Description of Service
Chyrp provides real-time risk intelligence services for AI agents, autonomous systems, crypto traders, and robotics applications. Our platform synthesizes data from prediction markets, social signals, news, and human intelligence to deliver actionable risk insights.
The service includes access to risk feeds, APIs, dashboards, and participation in our Human Intelligence Network (HIN) through the Earn program.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account or connect a wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

All content, features, and functionality of Chyrp, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, APIs, and software, are the exclusive property of Chyrp and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Risk intelligence and predictions provided through our platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, or trading advice. Users and agents are responsible for their own decisions based on any inferences drawn from our data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chyrp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
8. Waitlist and Rewards Program
Participation in our waitlist or rewards programs (including the Earn program) is subject to additional terms. Points, positions, and rewards are subject to our anti-fraud measures and may be adjusted or revoked if fraudulent activity is detected.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
